About me

Hi, I’m Cheyenne. After years of working for nonprofits serving the mentally ill population in the Quad Cities, I realized there is a disconnect between the abundance of resources available in our community and the people who need them most. Fast-forward to 2024 and I decided to start Dignity in Motion. Dignity in Motion is a nonprofit organization serving low-income families in the Quad Cities who face accessibility barriers to essential items like: food, clothing, hygiene, and household supplies. Since starting this organization, I have been overwhelmed by requests for assistance and support for the cause. This has shown me just how incredible our community is — we take care of each other here. Thank you for joining me on my mission to empower low-income families in the Quad Cities by redistributing and delivering needed resources to our most vulnerable neighbors!
